Riverside Acres is a community made up of fifty-eight homes located along the Mianus Pond, in the Riverside section of the Town of Greenwich, Ct.
The homeowners in the community are affiliated in an association known as “The Riverside Acres Association Inc.,” by a two acre, waterfront facility located on the Mianus Pond. The facility has a sand covered beach, an activity field, a boat rack, and a swim float which is located in “our cove” on the pond.
The waterfront facility is for the exclusive use of the Association’s homeowners and their guests.
Riverside Acres Association is made up of the homes on Long Meadow Court, most of the homes on Long Meadow Road, the homes on Nearwater Lane, and the homes on Loading Rock Road. The Association holds its annual meeting during the first quarter of each calendar year, has an elected Board of Directors, and collects dues from its members for the upkeep of the Waterfront facility property and other neighborhood needs.
